We handle USDA permits, inspections, customs coordination, logistics, and communication so wholesale buyers can focus on growing and selling plants instead of managing international shipping.

Delivery & Inspection Requirements

  • Photo Documentation: Required for any reported issues

Warranty Coverage & Claims Criteria

Our Promise: Every plant ships acclimation-ready with established roots and healthy foliage to provide customers with the best possible starting condition.

CLAIMS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR THE CRITERIA LISTED BELOW. A VIDEO UNBOXING UPON DELIVERY IS REQUIRED TO SHOWCASE ANY DAMAGED PLANTS, MISSING PLANTS, WRONG PLANTS, DEAD PLANTS OR ANYTHING ELSE.
Warranty Criteria Minimum Standard
Root-to-Tip Length Minimum 1 inch
Minimum Number of Leaves At least 1 leaf
Minimum Quantity of Roots At least 1 visible root

Shipping Issues & Resolution Process

Logistics Delays

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier transportation issues
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Customs or USDA inspection delays

If delays occur, Rare Root Labs will file claims directly with the shipping carrier and provide updates regarding the next steps.

If the issue originates from the supplier lab, we will file a claim with the lab and work toward a replacement shipment during the next scheduled shipping cycle upon approval.

Other Shipping Issues

For approved issues not related to logistics delays:

  • Store Credit Issued: Includes plant value, packaging, and shipping costs
  • No Expiration: Credits never expire
  • Usage Limit: Maximum $500 credit usage per month
