Receiving and QC in Easley
Stock comes into our Easley operation attached to a licensed nursery. We review what arrived against what was ordered, watch for shipping damage, and prepare wholesale orders for U.S. delivery. Import TC typically ships on a one-to-two-week cadence tied to lab deliveries. U.S. stock and plugs follow the shipping windows posted on those pages.
When something fails inspection
If a line fails our checks, we do not treat it as a normal sellable lot. Depending on the issue, we hold it, reject it with the lab, or resolve shortages before the next ship window. No. Rare Root Labs ships within the United States only.
